@@kakaliroy4747 the same here. I try to install the software and it requires registration. however when i try to register it is working. and when i call the number on the software they keep passing me arround like a ball.

Hello - In the Eko app, go to “Patients” > “Select patient” > “Edit”, and tap “Share patient”. You may then enter the recipient’s email address and the sound recordings will be sent to them. Note that the recipient must also have an Eko account to see shared patient recordings.

When fully charged, the battery provides 8 hours of continuous digital use, and we recommend turning the digital unit off between each use to maximize battery life. The digital unit also has a 5-minute standby mode to conserve battery life. To power the digital unit back on, push the toggle to OFF then the ON position. The white light will appear to indicate the device is ON. The battery for the 3M Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope cannot be changed by the user and does not have spare batteries available for purchase.
